TRAVEL TRAILER RESERVATIONS
Deliveries and Pickups are available Monday to Saturday. We are closed Sundays and all statutory holidays.
Trailer return or drop off before 12 noon. Trailer Delvery or Pickup after 3 pm unless other arrangements are made.
RESERVATION & FEES
A non- refundable $300 deposit is required to reserve your travel trailer.
Security Deposit Delivered Trailers: $500 - returned after return inspection with no damage or issues.
Security Deposit Self-Tow Trailers: $1000 - returned after return inspection with no damage or issues.
Preparation Fee: $75
Service Fee: $98
Tanks Dumped: $35 (Refunded if you dump)
All vehicles must be clean when returned. A charge of $50/hour for cleaning will be applied for those vehicles returned in an unsatisfactory state.
DELIVERED TRAILERS
No deliveries/pickups on Sundays or Holidays
Any delivery outside of 15km is $1.50 km plus

Comox Valley RV maintains liability coverage on all their rental trailers to a maximum of $2,000,000 for any bodily injury and property damage liability claims arising from the operation or use of it’s rental vehicles. Premiums for this basic public liability coverage are included in all rental rates, which also includes premiums for collision insurance and comprehensive insurance with a deductible of $4,000 per occurrence. In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rental, whether or not due to the fault of the rental customer, the customer’s responsibility for direct and accidental loss or damage is limited to a maximum of $4,000 per occurrence. There is no limit however if the rental trailer incurs loss or damage not covered by insurance as outlined in Terms and Conditions.
SELF TOW TRAILERS
Self-Tow Trailers for BC Residents Only and require an ICBC RoadStar Package or Rental Vehicle Policy APV281L.
Please let us know if you will dry camping as some of our units would be suited better for you than others.
All self-towed units require a suitable tow vehicle, hitch, wiring and a 7 pin brake controller. The tow vehicle must also be suitable to handle the weight of the trailer requested. Please ensure your equipment is working in advance of pickup
The minimum coverage is as follows: Collision and Comprehension - Maximum $500 Deductible, $2,000,000. Liability Coverage on the towing vehicle and - $1,000,000. on the rental trailer.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
110V adapter, fresh water hose, sewer hose, water pressure regulator, toilet chemicals, 2 rolls of toilet paper, rubber gloves, spare fuses, initial propane fill, garbage can and garbage bags, broom and dust pan, dish soap, all purpose cleaner, cloth and a sponge.
Some of our trailers are equipped with 12 volt refrigerators, therefore we recommend that you do not dry camp without a generator or an alternative way to recharge your batteries.
RENTAL EXTRAS
Kitchen Package: $150.00 - Includes: Set of pots, pans, Kettle, Toaster, French Press, Cutting board, Strainer, dishes and cutlery for 4 individuals depending size of trailer, 2 serving platters, 2 large serving bowls, 1 mixing bowl, tea towels & dish clothes, Oven mitt, Wine opener, Bottle & can opener, Potato peeler, Tongs, flippers, Salad serving fork and spoon, Measuring cup, Cheese grader, knives, Dish Soap, Broom/Dustpan, Garbage can, 2 rolls toilet paper, Holding tank chemicals, 2 Chairs and an Entry Mat.
Pet Fee: $200
EQ/Stablizer Hitch: $100
Bedding Package: $75.00/per person - Includes sleeping bag, pillow, bath towel, hand towel and face cloth
Onan 3000 W Gas Generator $60/Dail
Generator gas tank plus 5L gas container filled provided - no requirement to refill either tanks
SECURITY DEPOSIT & RENTAL PAYMENT
A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of payment.
The rental payment in full is required 30 days prior to the date of pick up.
INSURANCE
Comox Valley RV maintains liability coverage on all its rental vehicles to a maximum of $2,000,000.00 for any bodily injury and property damage liability claims arising from the operation or use of its rental vehicles, provided all safety instructions as recommended by Comox Valley RV Ltd have been followed. Premiums for this Basic public liability coverage are included in all rental rates, which also include premiums for collision insurance and comprehensive insurance. In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rental, whether or not due to the fault of the rental customer, the customer’s responsibility for direct and accidental loss or damage is limited to a maximum of $4,000 per occurrence.
Please review Terms and Conditions applicable to Rental Agreement. Collision Deductible Reduction and Collision Deductible Waiver agreements are available and subject to the express terms of this rental contract and are null and void if any of the terms of the rental agreement are breached.

CANCELLATION & FINAL PAYMENT
The initial $300 deposit is non-refundable after the 48 hour reservation/booking period. Final payment is required 30 days in advance of start / pick up date.
